KD’s “fun” time will end if he joins the Knicks
Kevin Durant has repeatedly demonstrated his rabbit ears to media criticism, but he recently made comments about how much fun he is having in these playoffs. Colin thinks that a large part of the “fun” comes from playing with one of the greatest NBA juggernauts ever, but warns the fun will quickly end if he decides to join the Knicks.
If Durant does bolt for New York, he’ll have the full weight of a franchise that hasn’t been relevant since Y2K, and will also be joining a roster that isn’t likely to win the East, even if Kyrie Irving decides to join him. Durant may have the mindset that he wants to shed the narrative that he’s stacking titles with a team that didn’t need him, but taking on the responsibility of turning the awful Knicks around won’t be easy or “fun.”
-Sixers will end up like OKC if they build around Embiid
-Durant can enter the G.O.A.T. debate if he stays with the Warriors
-Steelers aren’t going anywhere, anytime soon
-Where Colin was very, very right on massive MLB contracts
